History

Based in Kirkland Washington, UBuildIt was founded in 1988 by its president, Chuck Warrender, a general contractor with nearly 30 years' experience in the local construction industry. He created the UBuildIt concept as a better solution to the traditional builder/homeowner approach to home building.

His concept is based on the belief that the process of building a home produces better results for everyone involved when homeowners are better informed and more involved in the decision-making.
